YOU LOOK FINE.
THAT´S THE PROBLEM.
You’re the strong one, the builder, the one who’s done all the therapy and can name every pattern like an old friend — and something underneath is still running the show. Coaching is where we find it, name it, and rebuild from your strengths. Evidence-based structure, twenty years in the room, and something older underneath it.
FIND YOURSELF HERE
You look fine. That’s the problem. Five kinds of people find this page, and every one of them looks like they have it together. See if one of these is wearing your face.
The Strong One
“I’m the one everybody calls. Who do I call?
People say ‘you’re so strong’ like it’s a compliment, but lately it just feels heavy.”
The Builder
“I hit the goal. Everyone celebrated. I sat in my car in the parking garage and felt nothing.”
The Workhorse
“I’ll rest after this project. I said that 4 projects ago.
I can’t sit still without my skin crawling.”
The Faker
“Everything in my life looks right. Nothing feels right. I say ‘I’m fine’ so automatically I don’t even check if it’s true anymore.”
The Graduate
“I’ve done the therapy. Read the books. I can name every one of my patterns like old friends. And nothing has actually changed.”
And if none of those is quite your face — don’t worry. My teachers, mentors, and I have named dozens of these characters, and here’s the secret they all share: underneath every one is a story about whether you’re worth it. Yours has a name too. That’s the work.
How the work moves
We don’t shine a flashlight into every corner of your life and make a list. We find the one story running underneath all of it — the one about your worth — and we work from there. Here’s the arc.
1: THE NAMING
We start by naming the thing you can’t quite see. In ninety minutes I’ll tell you what I hear: who your ego believes you to be, and who you actually are underneath it. The character that’s been running you gets a name, right there on the call. Most people have never had it said out loud. That naming is the whole beginning — everything after is built on it.
The Naming — $500 · 90 minutes.
You leave with the codes: the name of the pattern, and a transcript of our call with a prompt to build your own Guru.ai, should you choose to.
2: THE DIMENSIONS
Once we’ve named it, we look at where it lives — career, relationships, money, body, spirit. Not to fix each one in isolation, but because the same story is playing out across all of them. Change the story underneath and every room in the house feels it. My approach is holistic because you are: I don’t coach you around one problem, I coach you.
3: THE REDESIGN
Then we build the plan to rewrite this story you´re telling yourself — executable, measurable, yours. Focused action toward what actually matters, from your strengths instead of against your patterns. Every session takes stock, fine-tunes, and moves you forward. This is where evidence-based coaching earns its keep: not vibes, structure. A path, not luck.
4: THE HOLDING
Change is a constant process, and the middle of it is unglamorous. This is where most people quit. Real-time feedback, honest appraisal, in-the-moment problem-solving — a trained coach holding the line while you become the person you’re rebuilding into. The full container is 90 days. Long enough for it to take root.
WHO I AM NOW
I’ve spent twenty years sitting with people who look fine and aren’t. More than 2,500 paid hours in the room. Board-certified addiction coach, MBA, ordained minister, Reiki Master — and a shamanic practitioner trained across two decades, including the traditions of my own Native ancestors. I don’t keep those worlds in separate drawers. They meet in every session, which is why the work goes deeper than strategy and lands more practically than most spiritual work ever does.
But here’s the only credential that matters: I was the drowning man. I built nonprofits for kids and couldn’t sleep on rainy nights knowing some of them didn’t have a bed. Eventually I checked myself into treatment — and chose the facility that would let me keep working an hour a day. That’s how well I hid it, even from myself. I’m the person whose whole job is seeing this, and I couldn’t see my own.
I found my way back. Not gracefully, not on the first try, and more than once since. My friends started calling me the bounce-back king. I earned that name the expensive way.
I’m not writing you from the far shore. I’m beside you in the current, and I know where the footing is.
And at 7 feet tall , I´m literally a shoulder to cry on and a hand to lift you up, depending on where you are. I also speak Spanish.
MANIFESTO
Powerful coaching goes past the external landscape of a life. It offers reflection, facilitates inner connection, and changes how we perceive the world. Without that deeper work, real and lasting change just isn’t possible.
Therapy helps us find what’s wrong with us. Coaching shows us there’s nothing wrong with us — that we’re whole and complete, and everything we need is already here. This work lives in the present, and it’s where today actually changes.
If Something Here Landed
You don’t have to decide anything today. If you recognized yourself in the drowning, or you’re just curious what it’s like in a room with me — start with a conversation.
Thirty minutes. Free. Not a session, not a sales call — a vibe check. Being seen isn’t always comfortable, and I’m not for everyone. This is where we both find out.
No pitch. No pressure. Just two people seeing if there’s something here.
Testimonials
Patrick is the most empathetic and intuitive person I’ve ever met. He has a gentle way of speaking, but you can tell there’s great wisdom behind his words.
Patrick helped me make the connections that I was struggling with and once I figured that out, everything started falling into place. I had so much anxiety about everything that had I had to do, but we broke it down and I was able to achieve everything. I’m now my own boss.
Over the years I’ve worked with several therapist and coaches, but working with Patrick has been far and away the most meaningful. I finally feel at peace with what happened and can live my life free of shame.
When I first met Patrick nearly 3 years ago, I was down and out without any clear direction or structure. He created a safe place for me to share whatever my circumstances. Within 30 days of meeting Patrick, my life started to change. He helped me create a roadmap for success with results-oriented goals at the forefront.
Coach Pat is very professional, personable, organized, and knowledgeable. He has helped me improve my business and personal life in ways I hadn’t even thought of. My goals for both seem more attainable with the specific implementation plans he suggested. I highly recommend his services to anyone who wants to improve things in their personal and business lives!
Patrick has been seeing our teenage son for the last few months and he’s already shown so much improvement. Patrick is patient, kind, amazingly positive and compassionate. Our son is practicing his mantra that he and Patrick came up with, when he starts feeling insecure or negative about his appearance. We are so grateful to have access to Patrick’s much needed services and definitely recommend him for anyone who needs life coaching.
From the moment I began speaking, Patrick understood where I was coming from, which helped me relax and discover what was holding me back. He helped me get right to the root of my problem which was something I was told as a child – that isn’t even true today. This was the most powerful shift in my life and today I’m living the life of my dreams.
When I began working with Patrick, I was comfortable in my 9-5 job but knew I wanted more. Starting a coaching practice of my own was something I always wanted to do but I something always got in the way. Patrick created a safe space for me to open up about my insecurities around being an entrepreneur and a coach.
Patrick had the tools and the experience to help me reclaim power over my life as well as my career. As many of the fears would begin to creep back in, Patrick would help keep me focused with great tools and insight on growing a successful practice. I would recommend Patrick to anyone who is looking to develop the courage it takes to become an entrepreneur.
Patrick always asked the right questions, challenged me to face my inner critic, and had enough empathy for me to know when I needed patience. Throughout our journey together I faced some deeply rooted traumas that were holding me back from being successful in my business.
Patrick has been instrumental to my growth and I highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in finding out what is blocking their success, as well as finding their life’s purpose.
